Goethe Institute and its cooperation partners offer language courses and exams of German as a foreign language:

Zentralstelle für das Auslandsschulwesen (ZfA)
There are the so-called German Partner Schools in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, where you can learn German and take the DSD examination. The second level of the DSD (DSD II) is recognized by the German universities as sufficient proof of language for study purposes.

Test German skills
The TestDaF certificate proves sufficient proficiency of German for study purposes at German universities. The TestDaF centres across the world offer several test appointments every year.
